By accessing this website and making purchases, you agree to comply with these T&C.

All transactions and customer interactions are subject to the applicable provisions of Polish law, including but not limited to:

• The Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Dz.U. 2014 poz. 827), which governs consumer rights for contracts concluded remotely.

• The Civil Code (Kodeks Cywilny), particularly provisions concerning contracts of sale.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inventory issues, technical errors, or incorrect pricing.

Prices displayed on our website are in PLN (Polish złoty) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

Under Article 27 of the Act on Consumer Rights, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Company by submitting a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email).

If you withdraw from a contract, the goods must be returned without undue delay, at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.

The returned product must be in a state allowing it to be resold without significant loss in value, in accordance with Article 34 of the Consumer Rights Act. Deductions may apply for any reduction in value due to use exceeding necessary examination.

All products sold by the Company are free from defects and conform to the terms of the sales agreement.

Warranty claims are governed by Articles 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.

The Company will respond to complaints within 14 days, as required by law.

The Company is liable for damages only to the extent provided for by Polish law.

The Company’s total liability for claims shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, and trademarks, is owned by the Company and protected under Polish intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to amend these T&C. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website following such amendments constitutes acceptance.

These T&C are governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes arising under these T&C shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.
