• InPost Parcel Lockers: For smaller models that fit within the dimensions of InPost parcel lockers.

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the payment is received and successfully credited to our account.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Courier Service: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination within Poland. Delivery typically occurs within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.

• InPost Parcel Lockers: Estimated delivery time is generally 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as delays by the carrier, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.​

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

We currently ship orders within Poland. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly at info@leeonardo.com for options and pricing.

If your package arrives damaged or if you suspect your package has been lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@leeonardo.com or call +48 601 814 948. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
