  • Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging (if applicable). If the original packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of new packaging from the refund amount.

  • Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products returned outside of the 14-day return period without prior authorization.

Process for Returns

  • Return Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return, as well as provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon with us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
